1. Introduction

Welcome to GlfManager! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GlfManager’s website, services, and software (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• Comply with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Any activities conducted through your account.

GlfManager reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

5.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on your chosen plan. Payment must be made via the methods specified on our platform.

5.2 Failure to Pay

If payment is not received on the due date, GlfManager reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service.

6.1 Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Refunds are not provided for renewal payments unless you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the renewal date.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes regarding payments, please contact us at info@glfmanager.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.

7.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

• No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time in the billing cycle.

7.2 Termination by GlfManager

GlfManager may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Non-payment or fraudulent activity is detected.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

You agree to use GlfManager only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering or unauthorized duplication of the software.

• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

• Using the Service to engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.

All intellectual property rights in GlfManager, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, belong to GlfManager ApS. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We value your privacy. By using GlfManager, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GlfManager is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• GlfManager ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
